HAT CARE & CLEANING

Store it in a clean, dry place, protected from sunlight and heat.
Clean it regularly using a soft-bristle brush to remove lint and dust.
Avoid contact with water. If your hat gets wet, shake off the excess water and let it air dry without exposing it to a heat source.
Ensure your hands are clean when handling the hat to avoid transferring dirt and grease.
If your hat gets stained, brush off the surface dirt in the felt’s nap direction.
If your hat has a flat brim and you want it to regain its perfect shape, you can iron it by placing a cloth over the brim, ironing on the “wool” setting or at a medium temperature (148°C / 300°F approximately) and finally let it cool. Never put the iron directly on the hat and remember that the cloth to iron your hat comes inside the dust bag.
Avoid handling your hat by the crown.
To preserve its shape, store it ideally in its own box.
If you have multiple hats, you can stack them by size, placing the heavier ones at the bottom and using foam separators between them.
Avoid hanging it on hooks.
