The international shipping cost is fully covered by the customer and is $70.

The shipment of the products is made immediately after the payment is made.

Delivery times may vary due to the area, weather conditions, and road conditions. Orders outside of Colombia: 7 to 15 business days (in high season, shipments may take longer than usual).

All returns are subject to product verification by SER. The product exchange will be processed only if there is evidence of mishandling during transportation, storage, or manufacturing defects. The customer must report any issues with the product via email to support@serser.com. Once the issue is reported, SER will confirm it, and the customer must send the product to SER's facilities in Medellín through a carrier with freight payable on delivery (as SER will cover the cost).
