The following general conditions of purchase of SER’S products are regulated by the terms and conditions of access and use of www.serser.com.
Products purchased through the Site www.serser.com shall be subject to the dispatch and delivery conditions chosen by the User and the availability on the Site. The information on the place of shipment is the exclusive responsibility of the User. The terms chosen for dispatch and delivery are considered from the moment the Offering Company has validated both the purchase and the payment method used. Orders will be shipped from the company located in the city of Medellin. Also, the products will only be delivered from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, holidays excluded.
After the customer delivers the information about the place where the product should arrive, the customer must verify that the address has someone to receive the order, otherwise the product is left at the disposal of the carrier; The User acknowledges and agrees that the location data provided to SER to make the delivery of the products purchased through the Site are true and up to date. Therefore, the User voluntarily declares that, by providing such data, he/she AUTHORIZES the person who at the time of delivery is at the address provided by the user, to receive the product. By the above, whoever is at the address indicated by the User and declares in good faith his willingness to receive the products, will act in the name and on behalf of the User. Mandalas para el Alma will communicate by e-mail to the Users the data so that they can track the status of the shipment. Warning: Mandalas para el Alma cannot guarantee shipment to some regions where the carrier does not operate. If this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel such orders and the order will be reversed, with the purchase amount refunded to the customer as soon as possible.
SER makes the replacement of its products as long as it is proven to be due to a manufacturing warranty issue. If this is the case, please contact us at +1 786 653-7559. Once verified, the return and corresponding product exchange will be processed.
If the customer receives a product with different characteristics to those described on the page at the time of purchase, the following procedure must be carried out to verify the validity of the claim.
The customer must contact support@serser.com or +1 786 653-7559 to request a product exchange; if the issue is dissatisfaction with the product, a refund will be issued. SER has 5 business days to process the exchange after receiving the request. Once the logistics department receives the required documents and verifies the information, a Reverse Logistics Guide will be sent for the return according to the customer's choice, and the order collection will be scheduled. Once the return process is completed, the reordering will be initiated so that the customer receives the product with the initially purchased specifications.
Refunds for withdrawal, warranties, or order cancellations will be made through a procedure where the customer must contact SER directly to have the money returned to an account where the funds can be deposited. SER will only issue a refund to the purchaser after the product has been returned; once approved, the refund will be processed.
The following are not considered as warranty:
- Wear and damage caused by improper use of the product, such as burns, friction against hard surfaces, and similar issues.
- Normal wear and tear over time.
- Stains and discoloration caused by improper cleaning or care procedures, the use of corrosive liquids, and/or cleaning products other than those recommended.
The products and services offered on the Site can only be paid with the methods specifically indicated in each case. The use of credit cards shall be regulated by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any discrepancies regarding bank cards accepted on the Site, aspects related to them, such as the issuance date, expiration, credit limit, blocks, etc., will be governed by the respective Cardholder Agreement and Terms of Use. Therefore, the company will not be responsible for any of the aforementioned aspects. The Site may specify certain purchasing conditions depending on the payment method used by the user.
